You must be at least 18 years old. At least 1 person at least 18 years old must be present at all times during the stay. 

Yes, it is possible to book more than one accommodation/camping pitch. 

Do you want to be sure of pitches next to each other? 

Then book a preferred pitch at an additional cost. If you book without a preferred location, the campsite reserves the right to assign any number of the type without prior notice. 

Yes, it is possible to choose a preferred location at an additional cost. If you book with a preferred location, you are guaranteed to be assigned this number. 

If you want to be sure to stand next to each other, please book a preferred location at an additional cost. With a preferred location, you are assured that you will be assigned this number. If you book without a preferred site, the campground reserves the right, without notice, to assign any number of the booked type. 

Yes, when you book, you must agree to the terms and conditions and park regulations. If you do not agree, your reservation will be cancelled.

Your booking is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation. You will receive this written booking confirmation via email.

Payment

Apple pay, iDeal, SOFORT Banking, Bancontact, Giro Pay, Meastro, Mastercard and Visa. 

Yes, it is possible to use a discount code. To do so, please enter the discount code during the online booking process. 

When making the reservation, the down payment of 50% of the total amount must be paid immediately. The final payment (50% of the total amount) must be paid no later than 7 weeks before the start of the accommodation agreement. 

No, tourist tax and reservation costs are included in the total price.

For renting an accommodation a deposit of € 200,- must be paid. The payment of the deposit is mandatory. 

You can find the payment status in your booking domain. The booking account can be found in your booking confirmation.

Manage your booking

No, it is not possible to change the date of your reservation after your reservation has been confirmed. If you cannot come on the reserved date, you must cancel the reservation.

No, it is not possible that another person takes the reservation over. Once the main booker is unable to come, you must cancel the reservation.

No, it is not possible to rebook a confirmed reservation. If for any reason you no longer want/can stay at our campsite, you must cancel the reservation. There are charges for cancelling your reservation.

Yes, it is possible to cancel your reservation. There is a cost for cancelling your reservation.

There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy. 

You should contact your travel insurance for any refund. 

Prior to your stay

Camping pitch: you can check in at the reception from 16:00 onwards.
Accommodation: you can check in at the reception from 16:00 onwards. 

Useful to bring yourself are: dish towels, detergent, toilet paper and garbage bags. If you have not reserved towels or bed linen, you should bring them yourself as well. All blankets are for one person. 

You can bring your own towels and bed linen. All blankets in the accommodations are single blankets. 

You can also add towels and bed linen to your booking. 

You can do this in your booking domain. The booking domain can be found in your booking confirmation. 

In all our accommodations there are Senseo coffee machines. Please bring your own coffee pads. 

On the standard and comfort pitches you can use electricity with a CEE plug. 

A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per accommodation/pitch, dogs have to be kept on a leash at all times. An additional fee is charged per dog per night.

During your stay

Camping pitch: you can check out until 12:00 at the reception. 
Accommodation: you can check out until 10:00 am in the reception.

When checking in, showing a valid ID or passport is mandatory. 

A driver's license does not meet this requirement.

No, smoking in the accommodation is strictly prohibited by law. 
If it is found that smoke has entered the accommodation, the campsite reserves the right to charge cleaning costs of € 500 to the guest. 

No, smoking in public buildings such as sanitary buildings, reception, restaurant, rental halls etc. is strictly prohibited by law. 
If it turns out that smoke has entered public buildings, the campsite reserves the right to charge cleaning costs of €500 to the guest.

Do you have a complaint during your stay? 
Please report it in the reception. That way our reception staff can take care of your complaint. 

Waste should be taken to the waste disposal area opposite the reception. 

Please think about the environment and separate your waste in the containers provided.

Chemical toilets can be emptied near the camper service station directly at the entrance of the camping.

This is possible at Knauf Shopping Center in Pommerloch. 

Charging via your accommodation and/or camping pitch is prohibited. 

You can find the nearest supermarket at the KNAUF shopping center in Pommerloch.

The nearest pharmacy is located in Wiltz.

After your stay

Pitch: you can check out until 12:00 am at the reception. 
Accommodation: you can check out until 10:00 am in the reception. 

Even if you have added a final cleaning to your reservation, you must leave the accommodation in clean condition. That means: 

  • Please put the furniture back to the same place where you have found them upon arrival. 
  • Bed sheets must be taken off. 
  • Bed linen and/or towels should be collected on the floor by the front door. 
  • Dishes must be returned clean and dry to the kitchen cabinets. 
  • The accommodation must be left clean. 
  • Please close the windows and turn off the lights. 
  • Garbage must be deposited in the appropriate containers behind the reception.

Final cleaning is the major cleaning of the entire accommodation. 

If you have added a final cleaning to your reservation, this cleaning will be done by our staff. If you have not added a final cleaning to your reservation, you must clean the following additional items yourself:

  • Kitchen: stove, cabinet doors, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and other appliances. 
  • Furniture and utensils: please wipe and dry.
  • Toilets: toilet bowl, door, sink and water tap
  • Bathroom: toilet, shower head, water tap, shower stall, shower drain, sink and mirror.
  • Doors and windows: please wipe and dry. 
  • Floors: please sweep and mop all areas. 
  • Terrace: please sweep, wipe furniture, dry and put them back to the same place where you have found them upon arrival

Please report this in the reception. 

Have you booked an accommodation? 
Then also return the key to reception. 

You are not entitled to a refund. 

Please report this at the reception. A fee of €100 must be paid. 

Depending on availability, a late check-out is possible. An additional fee applies. A late check-out can be booked in consultation with the reception.
